Sit for the official exam within your access period. If you don’t pass, move to step 4.

Send your proof of exam result and evidence of study plan completion within 30 days of your exam date. We extend your plan at no cost for the same length you bought — a 3-month plan gets 3 more months, a 6-month plan gets 6, a 12-month plan gets 12.

- What the guarantee is
- If you complete the study plan, take all three mock exams, and don’t pass, we extend your plan free for the same length you bought — a 3-month plan gets 3 more months, a 6-month plan gets 6, a 12-month plan gets 12. It is an extension of your access, not a refund and not a cash payment.
- Who is eligible
- The Pass Guarantee is included exclusively with the Complete Pass System, at every access length we sell it in. Starter QBank plans do not carry the guarantee. Your purchase must be made directly from PrepSolution.
- What you must do to qualify
- Follow the structured study calendar for your plan, attempt every assigned practice question, complete all three mock exams, and sit for the official certification exam within your access period.
- How long you have to claim
- Email support@prepsolution.com within 30 days of your exam date. Claims submitted after that window cannot be processed.
- What we ask you to send
- Your original PrepSolution purchase receipt, the official score report showing a non-passing result, and your in-platform study evidence (mock exam attempts and question-completion stats). We verify the study record on our side against the plan you were assigned.
- What you receive
- A free extension of the same plan for the same length you originally purchased — a 3-month plan gets 3 more months, a 6-month plan gets 6, a 12-month plan gets 12. The extension includes every format your original plan included.
- What the guarantee does not cover
- It does not reimburse the exam fee you pay to the certifying body, and it does not include continuing-education (CE) contact hours, which we do not currently issue for any exam. PrepSolution is an independent prep company and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any certification body.
- How this differs from our refund policy
- These are two separate things. The 24-hour refund policy lets you request your money back within 24 hours of purchase, no questions asked. The Pass Guarantee applies after you have studied and sat the exam, and extends access rather than refunding it.
Terms last updated 1 August 2026. The terms in effect on your purchase date are the ones that apply to your guarantee.
