Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using PrepSolution, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PREPSOLUTION INC. We recommend that you read them carefully before creating an account or making a purchase.
Description of Service
PrepSolution is an online exam preparation platform designed to help professionals prepare for industry certification exams. Our services include adaptive question banks with detailed rationales, timed mock exams that simulate real testing conditions, digital flashcard decks for concept review, and structured study plans to guide your preparation.
All content is developed by subject-matter experts who hold the certifications they write for. We continuously update our materials to reflect the latest exam blueprints and testing standards.
User Accounts
To access our paid services, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account. PREPSOLUTION INC is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that appear to be compromised.
Payment & Refunds
PrepSolution operates on a one-time payment model. When you purchase access to an exam prep package, you receive access for the duration specified in your selected plan. All prices are displayed in US dollars and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
We offer a pass guarantee on eligible plans. If you complete your full study plan, attempt every assigned practice question, and do not pass your certification exam, you are entitled to a free extension of your access period. To claim the guarantee, you must provide proof of your exam result and evidence of study plan completion within 30 days of your exam date. If you decide a purchase is not the right fit, contact support@prepsolution.com within 24 hours of purchase and we will process a full refund, no questions asked. After this window, all sales are final due to the digital nature of our products. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the platform, please contact us and we will work to resolve it promptly.
Intellectual Property
All content on the PrepSolution platform — including questions, rationales, study plans, flashcards, illustrations, and software — is the intellectual property of PREPSOLUTION INC and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the materials for your own exam preparation. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or publicly display any content from the platform without prior written permission from PREPSOLUTION INC.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use PrepSolution only for its intended purpose of personal exam preparation. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination:
Sharing your account credentials with others or allowing multiple people to use a single account. Using automated tools, bots, or scrapers to extract content from the platform. Reproducing or distributing exam questions or rationales in any form, including on social media, forums, or other websites. Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with the platform's technical infrastructure.
We monitor for violations and reserve the right to terminate accounts that breach these terms without refund.
Limitation of Liability
PrepSolution provides study materials to assist with exam preparation, but we do not guarantee that you will pass any certification exam. Exam outcomes depend on many factors, including your individual effort, prior knowledge, and testing conditions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PREPSOLUTION INC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful to the platform, other users, or PREPSOLUTION INC. In the event of termination for cause, you will not be entitled to a refund. You may also close your account at any time by contacting us at contact@prepsolution.com.
Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a prominent notice on the platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of PrepSolution after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you should stop using the platform.
