PrepSolution, operated by PREPSOLUTION INC, is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information when you visit our website and purchase our exam preparation materials. PrepSolution is a website where you can browse and purchase exam prep products. Purchases are processed through Stripe, and your study materials are delivered through our learning platform partner, StudySpaces.
By using PrepSolution, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.
Information We Collect
When you make a purchase, we collect the information necessary to process your order, including your name, email address, and billing address. Your payment card details are submitted directly to Stripe and are never stored on our servers.
If you subscribe to our email list through one of our free study resources, we collect your name and email address. If you reach out through our contact form, we collect whatever information you choose to include in your message.
We also automatically collect certain technical and usage data when you visit our website, including pages visited, referring URLs, browser type, operating system, device type, and approximate geographic location. You can learn more about how this data is collected through cookies and similar technologies in Section 07.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to process and fulfill your purchase, deliver your study materials through our learning platform partner, and send order confirmations and other purchase related communications.
If you have opted in to our email list, we may send you educational content and product announcements. You can opt out of these emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in every message.
We use aggregated, anonymized usage data to measure website performance, understand which pages and content are most useful, run and measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns, and improve our website and services based on overall usage patterns.
Data Security
We take the security of your data seriously. All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted using TLS (Transport Layer Security). Payment information is processed directly by Stripe and never touches our servers.
We retain purchase records and associated personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill our obligations, including our pass guarantee program, and as required by applicable tax and accounting laws.
You may request deletion of your personal information by contacting us at support@prepsolution.com. While no system is perfectly secure, we continuously review and update our security practices to protect your information.
Third Party Services
Stripe processes payments on our behalf. When you make a purchase, Stripe receives your name, email, billing address, and payment card details. You can review Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.
Brevo powers our email communications. If you subscribe to our email list or make a purchase, your name and email address are stored in Brevo for delivering educational content and product updates. You can review Brevo's privacy policy at brevo.com/legal/privacypolicy.
Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Ads help us understand website traffic and measure advertising effectiveness. These services use cookies and similar technologies to collect anonymous usage data, including pages visited, time on site, and conversion events. StudySpaces is our learning platform partner that delivers your study materials after purchase. Your name and email are shared with StudySpaces to provision access to your purchased content.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We share limited data with Google for advertising measurement purposes, including conversion tracking and remarketing audience building. This data sharing is necessary to operate and measure our advertising campaigns.
Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time. To request a copy of your data, to correct inaccurate information, or to request deletion, contact us at support@prepsolution.com.
You may opt out of marketing emails by clicking the unsubscribe link included in every promotional message. You will still receive transactional communications related to your purchase.
If you are located in the European Economic Area, you may also have additional rights under the GDPR, including the right to data portability and the right to restrict processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.
If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). You have the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used, the right to request deletion of your personal information, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. PrepSolution does not sell your personal information. We share limited data with Google for advertising measurement as described in Section 05. Cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device that help us provide a better experience. Our website uses several types of cookies for different purposes.
Essential cookies are necessary for the website to function. These are set by our platform and are required for basic features such as page navigation and secure checkout. These cookies do not collect personal information and cannot be disabled.
Analytics cookies are set by Google Analytics (GA4) to help us understand how visitors use our website. The primary cookies are _ga, which is used to distinguish unique visitors and expires after 2 years, and _ga_*, which is used to maintain session state and also expires after 2 years. These cookies collect anonymous data about pages visited, time on site, and general geographic region.
Advertising cookies are set by Google Ads to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns and to build remarketing audiences. These include _gcl_au, which is used to store conversion data and expires after 90 days, and cookies set by the Google Ads Conversion Linker. When you arrive at our site from a Google ad, we also store a first party cookie called _ps_gclid that expires after 90 days to attribute your visit to the correct advertising campaign.
When you receive emails from us, they may contain small transparent images (tracking pixels) that tell us whether the email was opened and which links were clicked. This helps us understand which content is most useful and improve our communications.

Please note that disabling cookies may affect how certain features of our website function. Do Not Track Signals
Some browsers send a Do Not Track (DNT) signal to websites. There is currently no industry standard for how websites should respond to DNT signals. Our website does not currently respond to DNT signals, but you can control tracking through your browser's cookie settings as described in Section 07.
